We currently only accept online Interac e-transfers. The e-transfer information will be prompted once you have completed your order. If you are not familiar with sending an Interac e-transfers please click on this link Interac e-transfer instructions to watch the video.


We are delighted that you love our products!  It does mean that we might be out of stock once in awhile.  Please join our mailing list to stay in the know about when products are restocked.  You will also have the opportunity at check-out to be waitlisted and then notified once our supplies are replenished.


We ship anywhere in Canada as long as your address is valid and verified by Canada Post.  To find out how long it will take to ship to your destination, please click Canada Post Delivery Standard and use the postal code V3Y 2G7 in the "sending from" box and sending to your postal code.

*DUE TO COVID-19 CANADA POST HAS SUSPENDED STANDARD DELIVERY GUARANTEES, SOME PACKAGES MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS*  Shipping can also be delayed due to adverse weather and volume during peak holiday periods.  Get your shopping done early.


We are working as fast as we can to get your products to you.  Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours of us receiving your payment.  Your order will be shipped Monday-Friday excluding weekends.  These times are subject to change during busy times.  We will notify you via email if this occurs.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.


All orders over $150 will be free of shipping free via Canada Post.  For Pitt Meadows, BC orders over $50 (within 10 km from central Pitt Meadows) we are offering free delivery to your door.


Our shipping packaging is discreet and makes no visible indication of the contents of the package.


Your satisfaction is important to us and our priority is to build a community of happy customers.

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.

During warmer seasons, we keep edibles and concentrates refrigerated, but there is a chance that during shipping, your products may melt or separate.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for product changes during shipping.
